The Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers (Taqeem) will hold its second General Assembly meeting of 2021 this coming Tuesday evening—virtually—chaired by His Excellency Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Fareeh, Chairman of the Steering Committee.
The meeting will include a vote on three main items: approval of the Board of Directors“ annual report on the Authority’s activities for the year 2020, approval of the Authority’s final accounts for the fiscal year 2020, and the appointment of an external auditor and determination of the auditor’s fee.
The Authority notes that voting and attendance at the meeting are limited to full and associate members holding valid memberships, Members will be able to vote electronically via their member account on the ”Qima” website until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
