“Residential” delivers a number of housing units in the “Najran Housing” project”

The “Residential” program delivered a number of ready-made residential villas within the “Najran Housing” project, and the delivery procedures took place after the beneficiaries completed the reservation processes and signed the final contracts, as part of the ongoing efforts to provide housing options and various financing solutions to meet the housing desires of Saudi families, in order to enable them to own the first home and increase the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030 according to the objectives of the housing program - one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs - in accordance with the objectives of the housing program.
The “Residential” program explained that the Najran housing project is located in the University neighborhood east of Najran Airport on an area of more than 1.2 million m2, and the project includes 1061 residential villas, and the project site is about 35 km north of Najran city and about 14 km from Najran Airport, and it is built using high-quality construction tools within several designs and various areas starting from 500 m2 for the land area and about 237 m2 for the area of construction of units.
The Ministry's ready-made housing projects are distributed in a number of cities and governorates of the Kingdom, numbering 42 projects that provide about 14 thousand housing units of “villa” type up to 500 m2 per villa, characterized by the integration of infrastructure and the availability of green spaces and public parks, in addition to allocating sites for educational, health and other facilities, and the Ministry's projects and details of housing units can be reviewed via the link https://sakani.housing.sa/projects-map.It is noteworthy that the Residential Program has been able to serve 100,449 families from the beginning of this year 2021 until the end of May, of which 78,349 families have lived in their homes, through the various housing and financing options provided by the program, and the program provides 223 housing schemes that include 180,537 lands within the option of residential lands, the subsidized mortgage loan option to buy ready-made housing units, and more than 143 thousand housing units under construction within 101 projects, in addition to the self-build option.
