The Saudi Contractors Authority, in partnership with the Saudi Central Bank, is hosting the third edition of the Contractors“ Financing Forum ”virtually” from August 9–10, 2021.
The forum will feature a number of panel discussions and workshops presented by various government and quasi-government agencies, financial institutions, and the banking sector, which will address a range of topics of interest to the construction sector from a financial perspective. The opening session will discuss future trends in construction sector financing, and there will be several workshops during the forum, such as ”Government Guarantee Financing Solutions,” “The Role of Insurance Against Hidden Defects ” in building sustainability, restructuring bank facilities for the construction sector, financial leasing, successful management of bank facilities for the construction sector, financing through debt instruments and sukuk, lease-to-own, and the future of invoice financing).
The Third Contractors’ Financing Forum is being held following the success of the previous two editions in terms of the benefits to the construction sector from the educational and awareness programs offered through forums and seminars, which help the sector access the necessary financing options.
