The unified call center for beneficiary care 199090 also received more than 68 thousand calls at an average of 2300 calls per day, and the ”Sakani“ website answered more than 5659 requests and inquiries through the ”Email Us“ service on the site, and 8011 objections were processed through the ”Talk to me“ icon, and the ”Sakani“ platform (sakani.Housing.sa) continues to provide a live chat service with customer service staff to answer questions and inquiries around the clock.
The Sakani application and website showcases 101 projects that provide about 144,000 housing units ranging from apartments, villas and townhouses at competitive prices within an integrated residential environment, and 223 plans that provide 180,537 residential plots around the Kingdom, aiming to increase the ownership rate to 70% by 2030 in line with the targets of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom Vision 2030 -.
