Completion of 4 projects in the Eastern Province to provide 1,250 units for “Sakani” beneficiaries”

The “Sakani” program announced that the completion rates for four residential projects—units currently under construction in the Eastern Province—have reached 100%, while completion rates for three other projects have exceeded 90%, paving the way for the start of handover to beneficiary families, as part of the “Sakani” program’s commitment to enabling its beneficiaries to own their first home through its diverse solutions and options.
The program clarified that the completed housing projects in Al-Wajha Suburb—developed by the National Housing Company—include the “Nasaj Town” project, which provides 674 housing units; the “Wahat Mada,” which serves 282 families; the “Al-Biraq Villas” project in Al-Mubarraz, which provides 178 housing units to beneficiaries; and the “Saraya Al-Ghoroub” project, which offers 116 housing units.
The program noted that the housing projects currently under construction in the Eastern Province, where the completion rate has exceeded 90%, include the “Al-Qatif Al-Badrani” project, which provides 196 housing units and has reached a completion rate of 92%, and the “Al-Biraq Villas” in Dammam, which is 91% complete and provides 959 housing units, as well as the “Mad” project, which offers 728 housing units and is 90% complete.
The Eastern Province is currently seeing the implementation of approximately 34 housing projects providing more than 22,000 diverse housing units out of a total of 144,000 housing units distributed across 101 projects made available by “Sakani” to beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to a range of housing options and services through streamlined electronic procedures with immediate eligibility, including the ability to review diverse housing options, as well as 223 residential plans providing 180,537 residential lots, issuing price quotes, utilizing the real estate advisor service, selecting model designs for self-builders, issuing building permits electronically, electronically transferring housing subsidies between spouses, and accessing electronic financing services, among others.
