”Sakani” exhibition opens, offering housing services to employees of the Ministry of Finance

Posted in

Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sukran, Assistant Minister of Finance for Strategy and Institutional Services, inaugurated the “Sakani” exhibition held at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh. The exhibition is organized by the “Sakani” program in partnership with the Ministry of Finance to provide housing services to ministry employees. The event was attended by Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing for Land and Surveying.
The exhibition aims to offer special deals and benefits to Ministry of Finance employees registered on the “Sakani” lists. The program provides a comprehensive explanation of the housing options and financing solutions available to beneficiaries, in partnership with banks and financial institutions present at the exhibition venue. It also allows them to meet with real estate advisors and enables Ministry of Finance employees who are not yet registered to complete the registration process immediately and benefit from all the services provided.
The exhibition is an extension of the efforts of the Ministry’s Housing Support Agency, represented by the Institutional Housing Department, through more than 35 agreements signed with a number of government agencies and private-sector entities, with the aim of enabling Saudi families to own homes in line with the objectives of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—to reach a homeownership rate of 70% by 2030.
It is worth noting that “Sakani” has consistently organized informational and awareness-raising exhibitions in recent months, and has formed effective partnerships with a number of government and military entities, in addition to partnerships with the private sector—represented by financial institutions—with the aim of raising awareness of housing and financing options to facilitate beneficiaries“ journey toward owning suitable homes.
