The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than AED 7 billion, as the department witnessed the registration of 1174 sales worth AED 3.25 billion, including 91 sales of land worth AED 715.83 million and 1083 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 2.53 billion.

The most important land sales worth AED 62 million came in Ma'aisem I, followed by a sale worth AED 40 million in Dubai Maritime City, followed by a sale worth AED 38 million in Thaniyah IV.

The Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales with 18 sales worth AED 276 million, followed by the first Jumeirah area with 15 sales worth AED 153 million and the third in Nad Al Sheba first with 11 sales worth AED 32 million.

Regarding the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 45 million dirhams in the fourth Thaniyah area was the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 44 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area and finally a sale worth 29 million dirhams in Business Bay.

The Dubai Marina area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 179 sales worth AED 513 million, followed by Al Barsha South IV with 108 sales worth AED 81 million and Burj Khalifa with 90 sales worth AED 301 million.

Mortgages recorded a value of AED 3.56 billion, including 51 land mortgages worth AED 1.6 billion and 321 mortgages for villas and apartments worth AED 1.96 billion, the most important of which were in the Palm Jumeirah area worth AED 942 million and another in Business Bay worth AED 305 million.

As for donations, 35 donations worth AED 269.83 million were recorded, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina area worth AED 190 million and another in Al Barsha South IV area worth AED 38 million.
