“National Housing launches Riwa and Mawla projects to provide 1800 housing units in Riyadh and Jeddah

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Mayor of Jeddah, Mr. Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki, the National Housing Company launched the “Rawa” and ”Milaa,” which the company is implementing as the lead developer in the Al-Jawan suburb north of Riyadh. The “Rawa” project provides more than 1,000 residential units on an area exceeding 780,000 square meters. The “Mila” project, meanwhile, covers an area of more than 400,000 square meters and provides more than 800 residential units; it is located in the Khayala suburb in the Jeddah Governorate.

Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company, explained that the two projects are characterized by integrated services and facilities within a comprehensive residential environment, in two prime locations, and featuring several different housing models. He added that the company continues to work toward achieving the goals of Vision 2030 by establishing residential suburbs with vibrant communities and high standards that enhance the quality of life, as part of its commitment to increasing the real estate supply and providing units that suit citizens" needs. Al-Bati emphasized that these projects are receiving significant attention from the wise leadership, thereby fulfilling its aspirations to elevate this generous nation

The two projects feature a variety of housing types, including villas and townhouses, with diverse sizes and designs set within a modern environment that offers luxury and meets all the needs of Saudi families, with prices starting at 748,000 riyals and affordable monthly installments.

Families wishing to view units in the ”Rawa“ project can visit the ”Mursiya“ interactive center in the Al-Jawan neighborhood, while those interested in the ”Mila“ project should visit the Comprehensive Housing Center in Jeddah. Units can also be reserved online through the ”Sakani" app.

It is worth noting that the National Housing Company launched the ”Asala Al-Jawan" project in the Al-Jawan suburb as part of its plan to increase the real estate supply in the Kingdom, providing an integrated residential environment that includes health, educational, and commercial facilities, as well as open recreational areas.

The major suburbs are model urban developments aimed at contributing to large-scale housing projects that ensure ongoing investment opportunities while enhancing lifestyles in the areas of recreation, sports, and culture through modern concepts.
