The program stressed that it continues to develop its electronic network for rental services, making many improvements and adding distinctive services, such as: The ability to approve the documentation of contracts through the network, improving the registration of real estate units and adding different types of properties, facilitating financial operations and mechanisms for paying or scheduling rental bills, and charging credits to landlords and real estate brokers, which contributed significantly to the growth of documented rental contracts.

The number of real estate brokers registered in the program exceeded 20 thousand real estate brokers, where the network offers many advantages that contributed to the development of the real estate broker's work and facilitated the management and follow-up of rental properties, such as adding a dashboard for the broker showing the status of contracts and available real estate units, the possibility of appointing a manager for more than one real estate brokerage facility provided that the manager is not the owner of the facility, in addition to many diverse advantages.
