The platforms of the “Sakani” program continued during August of this year 2021 to provide its quality services by answering all questions and inquiries of Saudi families around the clock within easy and facilitated procedures.
This came to facilitate the family's benefit from all financing solutions and housing options provided by the program with the aim of increasing the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by 2030 within the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The “Sakani” application recorded 436 thousand visits, with a daily average of more than 14 thousand visits, and the “Sakani” application provides a number of integrated electronic services, starting from knowing the status of immediate eligibility, reservation and inspection of residential units and lands after knowing their locations and features, obtaining quotes from financing agencies, real estate consultant service, engineering designs and issuing building permits for beneficiaries of self-building and other services.

During the past month, the beneficiary care account on the Twitter platform (SaudiHousingCC@) interacted with 23,712 questions by answering all inquiries and questions from citizens about the housing options and solutions provided by “Sakani” from subsidized loans to buy ready and under construction housing units, self-building and residential lands.
This came within the program's efforts to provide services and solutions that facilitate the ownership of the first home for Saudi families.
The unified call center for beneficiary care 199090 carried out more than 101 thousand responses to the calls of Saudi families during last August with a daily average of 3500 calls, and the “Sakani” website answered 6226 requests and inquiries through the “Message us” service, and about 7 thousand objections were processed through the “Talk to me” icon on the “Sakani” platform (sakani.housing.sa) through the service of direct conversation with the beneficiary service staff.
The “Sakani” application and website showcases 106 residential projects that provide more than 146,000 housing units of various designs and spaces between apartments, villas and townhouses within an integrated residential environment at an average price of 700,000 riyals per unit, and about 223 residential plans that provide more than 180,000 land in most cities and provinces of the Kingdom, with the aim of increasing the ownership rate to 70% by 2030 in line with the targets of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - in line with the objectives of the housing program.It is noteworthy that the “Sakani” program facilitated the benefit of more than 124 thousand Saudi families from the beginning of the year until July 2021, of which more than 97 thousand families have settled in their homes, and the program seeks to enable Saudi families to own their first home by providing various housing options and solutions that meet their aspirations and capabilities.
