The Sakany program launched the “Real Estate Market” service, which enables owners, developers and real estate brokers to add their ready and under construction units in various cities and governorates of the Kingdom through the Sakany website and application.
This comes as an extension of the program's continuous efforts to provide various housing services and provide diversity in the appropriate residential real estate supply to facilitate ownership procedures and increase its percentage to 70% by 2030 according to the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The program explained that the “Real Estate Market” service comes within the services provided by “Sakani” to provide various housing options and improve the experience of Saudi families to own the appropriate housing according to their needs and desires within easy and easy electronic procedures, with high specifications and quality and an appropriate price in partnership with developers, real estate brokers and owners.
The service comes as an extension of the quality digital solutions and facilities that the program is keen to provide to create a comprehensive platform and a first and integrated destination for housing services in the Kingdom, and the options included in the “Real Estate Market” service can be viewed through the Sakani application on smartphones.
The Sakani application and website offer many integrated electronic services, starting from knowing the status of entitlement immediately, booking, inspecting units and residential lands and knowing their advantages, obtaining quotes from financing agencies, in addition to the real estate consultant service, engineering designs and issuing building permits for beneficiaries of self-building, in addition to “e-finance”, ”approved contractor”, ”interactive maps” and issuing real estate disposal tax certificates”.
Sakani showcases through the application and website more than 146 thousand housing units within 106 housing projects implemented in partnership with the private sector in various regions of the Kingdom between (apartments, villas, townhouses), with an average price of 700 thousand riyals, as well as residential lands in 223 plans that provide more than 180 thousand lands, and can be booked and benefit from them through the application of “Sakani” or the comprehensive “Sakani” center in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Madinah.
It is noteworthy that the “Sakani” program forum for the second quarter 2021 witnessed the announcement of 124,208 families benefiting from its various housing solutions and options from January to July 2021, including 97,822 families who lived in their homes, and the launch of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing of the comprehensive Sakani Center in Medina to facilitate the benefit of Saudi families in the region from housing options and subsidized financing solutions within easy procedures.
