Today (Monday), the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority unveiled its new identity, which aligns with the Authority’s efforts to achieve economic development, facilitate trade, and strengthen customs oversight of the Kingdom’s imports and exports.

The Authority emphasized that the identity reflects the significant role played by “Zakat, Tax, and Customs” in the development and prosperity of the national economy, through the collective efforts of society—including individuals and the public and private sectors.

It noted that it aims to be a global model in the administration of zakat, taxes, and customs by achieving its strategic objectives, which focus on strengthening security and supporting economic development.

It is worth noting that the launch of the Authority’s brand identity follows a Cabinet decision, issued last May, to merge the General Authority for Zakat and Income and the General Customs Authority under the name “Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.”.
