The Ministry of Justice has released a document containing 91 pieces of legal information relevant to beneficiaries, in addition to the most important updates across all of the Ministry’s sectors, on the occasion of the 91st National Day.
The dossier included an overview of the most significant legislation and decisions, as well as a range of services, including e-litigation and its associated procedures, and enforcement services.

The dossier contains key information regarding the notary sector, such as the new notary system and how it will enhance real estate security, reinforce the principle of the reliability of legal instruments, protect rights through the notarization of contracts, and promote private-sector participation in notary processes.

The document also includes an explanation of a range of e-justice services, including how to file a complaint, appealing a judgment, filing written pleadings, submitting a new enforcement request, and issuing a payment invoice via Najiz.sa, as well as how to issue an electronic invoice, how the electronic real estate discharge process works, and other services.
