A royal decree was issued authorizing land ownership within Industrial Plan No. (1/697), Zone (C), as approved by the Eastern Province Secretariat.

The deed had been reviewed by the permanent working group at the Ministry of Justice, formed by a royal decree to examine the harm caused to affected parties by the suspension or cancellation of their land deeds.

The task force’s efforts contributed to the completion of the review of a number of deeds and the submission of recommendations regarding them.

These measures are intended to remedy the harm suffered by those acting in good faith, without prejudice to the legal procedures taken by the competent authorities to hold accountable those involved in issuing the non-compliant deeds.
