“Real Estate Authority” Receives Venture Capital Entrepreneurs

The General Real Estate Authority today welcomed, at its headquarters, venture capitalists to discuss a number of opportunities for cooperation and investment, raise the quality of real estate services, improve them, and strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors in a way that promotes innovation in the real estate sector.
The meeting included a discussion of partnership and investment opportunities in the real estate sector and real estate services between the Authority and leading technology companies, with the aim of achieving the Authority’s vision and objectives, supporting its initiatives and programs, and encouraging entrepreneurs to invest in the real estate sector.
The Authority’s Acting Governor, Tariq bin Ali Al-Hafzi, briefed the entrepreneurs on the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector, the regulatory role played by the Authority, and opportunities for developing real estate services.
Through these meetings and strategic partnerships with government and non-government sectors, the Authority seeks to strengthen real estate sector governance, improve its performance, ensure its sustainability, serve its partners, and enhance the sector’s transparency; in implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector; and to support opportunities
for development so that the real estate sector is vibrant, attractive, and characterized by trust and innovation.
