The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfeeha” announced the issuance of disbursement decisions to shareholders in several contributions in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
This came after Tasfeeha took many measures to preserve the rights of shareholders in real estate contributions, including preparing legal, accounting and engineering studies, issuing the necessary decisions, initiating lawsuits, completing sales, emptying and collecting amounts.
It is worth mentioning that Tasfeeha has started disbursing the amount of “1.507,804,144 riyals to shareholders in several real estate contributions, namely the contribution of Shorouk Cities in Riyadh, the contribution of Diriyah Land in Diriyah Governorate, the contribution of Al Gharbal in Jeddah Governorate, the contribution of East Al Khayatiya in Qatif Governorate, the contribution of Airport Jewel in Dammam City, and the contribution of Al Fayhaa Plan in Al Ahsa Governorate.
The total amount recovered since its formation until now exceeded (11) billion riyals and work is still ongoing on liquidating the remaining real estate contributions and ending them.
