The <a rel="noreferrer noopener" Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Industrial Development Fund announced the launch of electronic mortgage documentation through Najez portal. The ministry explained that the mortgage document is an executive document to which the provisions of regulations related to implementation apply, and specified several steps to complete the documentation, namely:

The Ministry of Justice has made available four electronic mortgage services that enable the beneficiary to document the mortgage and cancel the mortgage without going to the notary, in addition to the service of real-time verification of the status of the mortgage electronically and the service of displaying the mortgages to the beneficiary in his account through the Najez portal.
