The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing has further improved the investment process in the municipal sector by launching the fourth version of the municipal investment portal “Forooz”, which contains automated procedures for investors and provides all information on investment opportunities in the secretariats.

The new version of the portal adds qualitative and developed features and updates to facilitate investment procedures, unify requirements among all secretariats and municipalities to access investment opportunities, and benefit from new services and features through an integrated automated journey for the investor.

The ForUs portal in its new guise offers a package of features and advantages that include: Buying brochures and applying for investment tenders, signing contracts electronically, applying for temporary leasing requests and obtaining approval and signing the contract, delivering and receiving investment sites digitally, applying for leasing telecom tower sites and obtaining contracts and operational licenses digitally, in addition to submitting investment proposals without the need to visit the secretariats and municipalities, and various support services.

The new version provides innovative features and solutions to help investors identify, obtain, and utilize investment opportunities with ease, including: Geolocation of the opportunity, sorting opportunities by activity, sorting opportunities by municipality or municipality, viewing the brochure electronically, notifications and interest list.
