The Housing Program announced the issuance of 952 electronic contracts for residential land to Saudi families benefiting from the program in October (October) 2021 through its mobile app, as part of its diverse housing and financing options designed to facilitate homeownership, in line with the objectives of the Housing Program—one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs —to increase the homeownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030.

The plots included 245 plots in the Riyadh region, 284 plots in the Makkah region, 68 plots in the Eastern Province, 114 plots in the Al-Qassim region, 61 plots in the Jazan region, 54 plots in the Najran region, 59 plots in the Ha’il region, and 26 plots in the Madinah region, 22 plots in the Asir region, 10 plots for “Sakani” beneficiaries in the Al-Jawf region, 8 plots in the Northern Border region, and 1 plot in the Al-Baha region.
