The “Sakani” program has made more than 500 additional housing units available for reservation as part of the program’s projects currently under construction in partnership with the private sector in the Jeddah Governorate, These units are an extension of the more than 68,000 units of various sizes and designs across 25 projects in the province, The program noted that units can be viewed and their locations inspected via the “Sakani” website and app through simple, user-friendly online steps, allowing for immediate eligibility without delay.

The program explained that the units are part of the “Mila” project located in the “Khayala” suburb, which spans an area exceeding 1.5 million m², and the area of the “Mila” project is 428,000 m², and it offers 819 units, including 290 villas and townhouses available for reservation at prices starting from 875,000 riyals and with an area of 258 m².

In the “Khayala” suburb, the “Sama Jeddah” project, which comprises 858 residential apartments, has approximately 150 apartments available for immediate reservation at prices starting from 458,000 riyals, “Sakani” noted that the Al-Jawhara suburb currently has 97 residential apartments available for online booking in the “Bovardia City” project, with prices starting at 683,000 riyals and affordable installments.
