The Housing Program explained that Tatweer program launched by the Real Estate Development Fund will have an effective positive impact on the development and sustainability of small and medium enterprises in the real estate sector by contributing to increasing the real estate supply, attracting a new segment of the sector that has not previously dealt with financing entities, and enhancing its role in contributing to achieving the goals of Vision 2030.

The ”Tatweer" program, which was launched by the Real Estate Development Fund, will also have an effective and positive impact on the development and sustainability of small and medium enterprises in the real estate sector.

The program confirmed that "Tatweer“ will enable real estate developers to obtain appropriate financing from financial institutions, as it aims to support companies and institutions real estate development; to increase the supply of housing units to achieve the targets of the Housing Program, one of the Vision 2030 programs, which aims to raise the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by the end of 2030.

The "Tatweer" program comes as an extension of achieving the objectives of the housing program; to enable demand and increase supply by removing obstacles facing the sector; to promote balance in the market; and to encourage financing entities to deal with real estate companies and institutions to obtain the necessary financing to develop and expand their activities in the real estate market in all regions of the Kingdom.
