The number of construction and commercial licenses through Baladi platform of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing reached 893672, while the number of construction licenses issued through Baladi platform reached 234149, while the number of licenses for commercial activities reached 659523.

Baladi platform stated that the number of cadastral decisions issued by it reached 217213 decisions, while the number of engineering offices approved in the platform reached 1162 offices, indicating that the number of users of the Baladi services platform is 1760778 users.

This comes at a time when the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing launched the rating points program through Baladi platform to develop the services of the construction and building sector, as the program comes within the initiatives of the Quality of Life Program to contribute to improving the quality of services provided in the Kingdom's cities to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
