The Eastern Province Municipality has renewed its call to businesspeople to seize 176 permanent and temporary investment opportunities, in various cities and governorates of the Eastern Province, across a wide range of sectors in the cities of Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Qatif, Baqiq, Al-Nairiyah, Al-Rafiah, and Arayrah.

The Secretariat clarified that some of these opportunities extend up to 50 years, which incentivizes investors and increases their interest in and the attractiveness of investments within the Secretariat, noting that the required bank guarantee has been reduced to just 25 %, and the exemption period extends to 10% of the total contract term to support investors and entrepreneurs, facilitate their efforts, and boost investor interest.

The Deputy Secretary-General for Investments and Revenue Development, Eng. Hamdan Al-Aradi, stated that this suite of investment opportunities is an extension of the Eastern Province Secretariat’s efforts to implement the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which focuses on developing the investment ecosystem and increasing revenue, He invited all investors and entrepreneurs interested in investing to contact the Secretariat’s Center of Excellence for Investment—the first of its kind—or to view details of the investment opportunities via the Digital Municipal Investment Portal, and the «Fursat» mobile app, with ease and transparency.
