The Real Estate Developers Services Center “Completion” has approved 390 residential plans since the program’s launch to date, providing more than 730 million square meters across all cities and regions of the Kingdom, with the aim of boosting the supply of developed residential land, improving the performance of the real estate sector, and providing integrated solutions to real estate developers through the “Itmam” online platform.
“Etam” offers a range of diverse services to real estate developers and owners of residential projects in cooperation with the relevant authorities, including: Processing building permit applications for residential units, issuing real estate developer qualification certificates for off-plan sales projects, and handling inquiries regarding the validity of deeds, as well as issuing requests to endorse the registration of workers in residential projects in cooperation with the authorities responsible for providing real estate development services.

The center provides a unified platform and digital portal containing all the services real estate developers need, enabling them to access these services easily and with a high degree of reliability, in addition to reinforcing the principle of transparency by clarifying the procedures associated with the services and making all data and statistics available.
