Under the supervision of the «Enfaaz» Support and Liquidation Center and by decision of the Executive Committee, Al-Ghafis Real Estate Group is offering a number of distinctive, income-generating properties in Riyadh at the «Durrat Al-Asima,» which will be held on Tuesday, December 21, at the Laylati Banquet and Conference Hall in the Shubra neighborhood.
Al-Ghafis clarified that the auction includes eight diverse properties in the city of Riyadh, as follows:
Property 1: A vacant lot located in the Al-Manakh neighborhood on the Southern Ring Road Branch, with an area of 362,102.97 square meters, offering ample space for large-scale real estate investments.
The second property: A commercial building in the Salim neighborhood consisting of two 4-story towers; the northern tower has 12 offices and the southern tower has 16 offices, in addition to parking spaces and a lobby on a commercial street.
Property 3: A residential building in the Dhahrat Leban neighborhood covering an area of 900 square meters and consisting of four apartments; it can be rebuilt to become a rental apartment complex.
Fourth property: A residential building in the Umm al-Hamam neighborhood with an area of 250 square meters; it can be repurposed and developed to be more attractive due to its proximity to shopping centers and schools.
Property 5: A residential building in the Al-Khanashlila neighborhood with an area of 150 square meters, consisting of four apartments; the property can be developed, repurposed, or resold.
Property 6: A residential building in the Al-Yamama neighborhood with an area of 150 square meters.
Property 7: A residential building in the Al-Yamama neighborhood with an area of 240 square meters.
Eighth property: A residential and commercial income-generating building in the Al-Wazarat neighborhood, with an area of 225 square meters.
