The ministry confirmed that the service enables the beneficiary to verify the non-electronic heirs" deeds and match them with an electronic copy through the Najiz portal, and pointed out that the launch of the service in its first phase was on the deeds of the Personal Status Court in Riyadh, with the second phase to include the deeds issued by all courts in all regions of the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Justice explained that the service can be utilized by accessing the Najiz portal, then choosing e-services and selecting the "Verification of the Inheritance Inventory Document" service through social cases.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Justice has made available more than 120 e-services through the Najez portal in all sectors, through easy steps, which eliminates the need for beneficiaries to visit judicial headquarters.
