Waleed bin Juma Al Obaidallah, Director General of the «White Lands» program, explained that the land development acceleration mechanism aims to organize the work between "Wafi" and «White Lands» regarding the development of land through updated paths to approve residential land division plans and issue off-plan sale licenses upon completion of land development or construction within one year from the date of issuance of the decision.
For his part, Nayef bin Nawaf Al Sharif, Secretary General of the Off-Map Sale or Leasing Committee, pointed out that the integration will enable owners of undeveloped land to benefit from Wafi's services to speed up the procedures for issuing building permits, extracting safety licenses, contributing to the procedures of sorting and clearances, and enabling owners and real estate developers The integration will enable owners and developers to increase the supply of developed real estate, issue licenses to practice the activity of selling real estate units on the map, construction, construction and real estate development on the map, in addition to what is required to achieve the common goals between Wafi and White Lands.
It is worth mentioning that the white land fees announced a few days ago that the second phase of the fees will be applied simultaneously with the first phase to include more than (140) residential neighborhoods in the city of Riyadh according to the map and the approved scope, to target lands developed for one or more owners with an area of 10 thousand m2 and more, or the total developed lands for one owner with an area of 10 thousand m2 and more in one approved plan within the specified urban range.
