Roshon Real Estate Development Group announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Retal Urban Development Company to build 103 residential units as part of the first phase of the Sidra Project in Riyadh, following an extensive selection process in which Retal Urban Development was chosen based on the technical and commercial criteria specified by Roshen, as well as its proven track record in residential construction, having been named the Kingdom’s Best Real Estate Developer for 2019–2020.

It is worth noting that the Sidra project spans an area of more than 20 million square meters and includes more than 30,000 residential units, featuring various essential facilities such as mosques, kindergartens, public and private schools, hospitals, healthcare centers, shopping malls, retail spaces, and much more.
