The Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing confirmed that the support initiative, which will be launched soon, guarantees that the Real Estate Development Fund will provide a fixed, non-refundable support amount of up to 100,000 riyals to the beneficiary, after which the beneficiary will no longer be eligible for monthly support.The Ministry clarified that the support initiative will join previous initiatives launched with the aim of enabling citizens to own a home easily and conveniently, noting that the program will include all eligible individuals who have not previously benefited from the support, and the beneficiary’s income will not be taken into account.

The new program includes: self-construction, off-plan sales, ready-to-move-in units from the market, ready-to-move-in units from the Ministry, and the “Land and Loan” product, and can be accessed through the “Sakani” website and app.
