Local media reports indicate that ready-mix concrete prices have fallen significantly on both a monthly and annual basis, with all types of concrete recording a decline on a monthly basis,contrary to the rise in construction material prices, while one type recorded a slight increase on an annual basis, amid declines in other types, leading to a 0.19% decrease in average prices on an annual basis, while the monthly decline was faster at 1.05%.

Average prices for ready-mix concrete stabilized in December at 202.61 riyals, after closing December 2020 at 203 riyals, and recorded 204.76 riyals last November, marking a monthly and annual decline at the end of the year amid varying increases recorded by other construction materials.
