Ejar program issued a detailed statement revealing the total number of residential contracts documented during the year 2021, as the number of documented residential contracts reached more than one million contracts, while commercial contracts recorded about 261 thousand commercial contracts within the network, and the daily rates of rental contracts documented in the Ejar network exceeded 3500 contracts, and the total number of contracts reached 1.3 million rental contracts, achieving a record increase of 26% in residential and commercial contracts registered during the year 2020
During the past year, Ejar program carried out 13 workshops to educate 28,000 certified real estate brokers, and about 8,000 real estate brokers joined the network, in order to enhance the role of regular real estate brokerage facilities in achieving the goals of housing programs - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - to promote the real estate rental sector. In addition to raising awareness of the beneficiaries of Ejar's services and partnerships, which amounted to 16 strategic partnerships, the latest of which was the partnership with the National Water Company to allow the transfer of the water meter user account in the name of the actual beneficiary of the real estate unit whose contracts are documented in the Ejar network.
