The Kingdom’s enforcement courts held 90 public auctions during 2021, and according to statistics released by the Ministry of Justice, “investment real estate” accounted for about 85 percent of them, and the Riyadh region accounted for 55 percent of these auctions, followed by the enforcement courts in the Eastern Province in second place, and then the Al-Qassim region.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice issued 90,000 reconciliation documents through more than 500 mediators and mediation offices via the "Tadari" electronic platform, which enables the resolution of disputes without the need for the parties to visit reconciliation offices.

The Ministry clarified that the number of beneficiaries of conciliation documents issued through the “Tadari” platform—which aims to facilitate access to the service for beneficiaries— has reached 250,000 beneficiaries, through more than 360,000 reconciliation sessions, since February 2020.
