The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaz” announced the offering of 63 real estate opportunities with a total area estimated at one million square meters, through nine public auctions during the period from 1- 6 February 2022. The opportunities include commercial, residential, and agricultural land, as well as villas, buildings, and commercial complexes, located in seven different cities and provinces across the Kingdom.

The auctions will begin with the Northern Kingdom in-person auction in both Sakaka and Al-Qurayyat, which will feature 12 diverse and distinctive real estate opportunities, followed by the in-person Shurooq Al-Madinah auction featuring 21 real estate opportunities in Madinah, followed by the “Jawahir Al-Qassim” online auction featuring 12 real estate opportunities in the Al-Qassim region, the “Al-Dawadmi” online auction featuring 6 real estate opportunities, and the “Tatweer” online auction featuring two real estate opportunities in Al-Dawadmi Governorate, the “Masharef Al-Gharbia” online auction featuring 10 real estate opportunities in Makkah, and the “Fursat Al-Malaz” online auction featuring distinctive real estate opportunities strategically located in the Al-Malaz neighborhood of Riyadh.
