The Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the General Authority for Real Estate is seeking to reduce irregular sales conducted through law firms or real estate offices, by issuing the necessary circulars.
The Ministry of Justice and the General Authority for Real Estate have agreed to work on reducing the irregular sales
In 1436, the Ministry of Justice issued a decision to privatize some notary businesses in accordance with the provisions of the Judiciary Law, which authorized the minister to privatize them by a regulation approved by the Supreme Judicial Council. The regulation, which was approved by the council, included a number of articles that regulate the assignment of agencies, sales and contracts to law firms and non-lawyers who meet the conditions for assignment, according to the articles of the regulation.
It is worth mentioning that law firms and accredited real estate offices have previously been assigned a number of tasks such as selling real estate, dividing movable property and its various dispositions.
