The General Real Estate Authority welcomed the president and members of Real Estate Club Association to discuss development opportunities, raise the quality of real estate services, improve them, and strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors, thereby enhancing services for partners and beneficiaries in the real estate sector.
The Real Estate Club Association commended the significant role played by the General Real Estate Authority in providing services and facilities to beneficiaries in the real estate sector, including: the Real Estate Indicators Platform, the Geospatial Real Estate Portal, the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration, the Property Errors Registration Committee, Real Estate Services, and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, affirming that these initiatives have contributed to raising the standard of services for beneficiaries and keeping pace with the significant and rapid development in the non-governmental real estate sector, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
These meetings are part of the General Real Estate Authority’s role in achieving its vision of a vibrant and attractive real estate sector characterized by trust and innovation, in line with the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector and in fulfillment of the Authority’s role in regulating and supervising the non-governmental real estate sector to enhance its efficiency, promote transparency, ensure its sustainability, and serve its partners.
