The Future of Real Estate Forum kicks off this morning in Riyadh and discusses 10 strategic themes in the sector

Under the patronage of Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the Future of Real Estate Forum will take place from February 23–24, with the participation of a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Investment, the Shura Council, the Real Estate Development Fund, the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, the Saudi Contractors Authority, Roshen Group, the General Authority for Transport, the Capital Market Authority, the General Authority for Real Estate, and the Digital Transformation Unit, alongside experts and speakers from regional and international organizations.

More than 100 speakers are participating in the forum, including four ministers and a number of heads of government agencies and urban development authorities, as well as figures from regional and international organizations and other entities related to the real estate sector from within and outside the Kingdom, who will discuss 10 strategic themes in the sector.

The forum addresses a number of topics related to the real estate sector, including real estate marketing and valuation, real estate auctions and their impact on the sector, financing for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, disputes and real estate arbitration mechanisms, and improving the performance of real estate enterprises.
