The Support and Liquidation Center «Enfaz,» in Riyadh, recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Fund for Martyrs, the Wounded, Prisoners, and Missing Persons with the aim of providing advisory and supervisory services to the families of martyrs, the wounded, prisoners, and missing persons, in the presence of "Enfaz" CEO Hussein bin Yahya Al-Harbi.

Al-Harbi noted that the agreement, which was approved by His Excellency the Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Board of Directors of «Enfaz,» Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, aims to strengthen "Enfaaz’s" social responsibility by providing a range of sales, liquidation, and related consulting services to the families of martyrs, the injured, prisoners of war, and missing persons, and by exempting them from the center’s operational fees; These services include preparing and supervising estate division projects, certifying amicable divisions with official authorities, and overseeing liquidation and sale services, as well as providing related consultations.

The Support and Liquidation Center "Enforcement" at the signing of the agreement by Deputy Executive President for Corporate Communications Saleh Al-Shubaili, while the Fund for Martyrs, the Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons was represented by the General Manager of Beneficiary Services, Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Zahrani.

It should be noted that the Fund for Martyrs, the Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons aims to support and care for the families of martyrs, the injured, prisoners, and missing persons, and to provide them with a dignified, sustainable, and secure life.

In contrast, the Support and Liquidation Center “Enfaz” is an expert firm specializing in overseeing the liquidation of real estate and movable assets, entrusted with their sale by judicial authorities, the private sector, private estates, or individuals, with the aim of preserving asset values and expediting the fulfillment of rights. The agreement between the two parties was signed as part of their strategy to strengthen their developmental role in achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
