The participants in the workshop stressed that the number of beneficiary families since the beginning of the program in 2017 has so far reached one million and 200 thousand Saudi families, of which more than 500 thousand have lived in their homes, and the participants indicated that the "Residential" program in 2022 aims to serve 180 thousand new families, of which 130 thousand families are living in their homes as well as providing more than 100 thousand subsidized mortgages.

In-kind support record
They pointed out that the subsidized financing products have diversified to 4 products that meet the desires of citizens after it was only one product, and new financing solutions and options will be provided "advance support and in-kind support", indicating that the record of in-kind support has achieved tangible success through the demand recorded by the residential program to develop its products, as the in-kind support provides reduced prices for beneficiaries, which makes it easier for citizens to own the appropriate housing by reducing the price of the housing unit in the ministry's land projects and reduces the price of the financing installment on the citizen and the value of the down payment due to the reduction in the purchase price of the purchase.

The workshop reviewed what the ”Sakani” website and application provided, including 112 residential projects under construction that provide more than 147,000 units of various "villas, apartments and townhouses" at an average price of 700,000 riyals in all cities and regions of the Kingdom, in addition to 223 residential plans that provide more than 180,000 residential plots "Sakani" also provides a number of housing services, including the issuance of quotations to financing agencies, the real estate advisor service, the "real estate market", e-finance and other services.

They stressed that the residential program provides various services for beneficiaries of the “self-build” option that allow them to choose executive ”engineering designs” characterized by affordable prices and high quality, in partnership with a number of national engineering offices to provide a number of modern engineering designs that comply with the Saudi Building Code, in addition to the ”approved contractor” service to facilitate the implementation of engineering designs for "self-build" beneficiaries, "interior design" and "engineering supervision".
