Arab Centers Company announced the issuance of the title deed for the land owned by the company; this comes after it completed all regulatory procedures and fulfilled the necessary requirements for the deed to be considered valid, and confirmed in a statement that it had received a copy of the final deed for Al-Ra’id land.

For its part, the Ministry of Investment noted that the decision to approve a number of deeds that meet the necessary regulatory requirements is nothing less than a definitive affirmation of the validity and reliability of real estate title deeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the implementation of regulations supporting their protection under the leadership of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the continuous oversight of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince —may God protect them both—to support and strengthen confidence in all aspects of the Kingdom’s investment environment, including the protection of real estate assets and investments: thereby affirming the stability of the real estate investment environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
