The Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” announced the organization of 9 public auctions for real estate and movable property in 9 cities and provinces across various regions of the Kingdom during the period from March 7 to 16, 2022.

The auctions will feature 61 real estate properties, including commercial and residential land, buildings, and agricultural land, as well as villas and residential units.

The auctions begin with the Al-Khafji Online Auction held on Fursah Real Estate, followed by the Al-Shorouq In-Person Auction held on 15 properties in Hail, the Bayader Al-Qassim Online Auction held on 4 properties, and the Bayader Al-Qassim In-Person Auction held on 2 properties, as well asthe Aali Taybah in-person auction featuring 7 properties in Madinah, the Al-Fakhama in-person auction featuring 4 properties in Riyadh, the Northern Kingdom online auction featuring 12 properties in Tabuk, Sakaka, Rafha, and Tayma, the Al-Thuraya in-person auction on 6 properties in Riyadh, and the Rihab Al-Madinah in-person auction held on 10 properties.
