Housing Program Issues 2,672 Electronic Contracts for Residential Land in February

The Housing Program issued 2,672 electronic contracts for residential land for Saudi families benefiting from the program during February through its mobile app, as part of the diverse housing and financing options it offers to facilitate homeownership in line with the Housing Program’s targets to raise the homeownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030.

“Sakani” clarified that the plots included 369 in Riyadh, 1,545 in Makkah, 41 in Madinah, 126 in Al-Qassim, 193 in Al-Sharqiyah, 64 in Asir, 69 in Ha’il, 15 in Al-Shamaliyah, and 69 in Jazan, 144 in Najran, 16 in Al-Baha, 10 in Al-Jawf, and 11 in Tabuk.

He noted that this number is an extension of previously issued electronic land contracts under the plans made available by the website and app “Sakani” website and app for families eligible for housing support in all cities and regions of the Kingdom through simplified electronic procedures. He noted that the land plots range up to 500 m2.
