The Support and Liquidation Center announced “Enforcement” has announced the holding of seven public auctions featuring real estate and movable property in four cities and governorates across various regions of the Kingdom, during the period from April 1 to 21, 2022.

The auctions will feature 46 real estate properties and movable assets, including commercial and residential land, a villa complex, commercial and residential buildings, and various types of jewelry and ornaments.

The auctions will begin with the Faiha Riyadh Online Auction, which features seven properties in the city of Riyadh; the Tuwaig Online Auction, which features a property in the Tuwaig neighborhood of Riyadh; the Makkah Benefits Online Auction, which features two properties in Makkah, the "Mustaqbal Taiba" in-person auction, which features four properties in various neighborhoods across Madinah, the “Masharef Makkah” online auction, which features seven diverse properties in Makkah, the Eastern Province Online Auctions, featuring eight properties in the Eastern Province; and finally, the Movable Property Auction, featuring 17 categories of gold and jewelry of various sizes and types in Riyadh.
