The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Liquidation” announced that it successfully organized four auctions in various regions of the Kingdom during the first quarter of 2022.
The auctions were as follows: the Al-Khadra project in the Makkah region, the Al-Qatif Beach and Al-Rida projects in Al-Qatif Governorate, and the Mahasen project in Al-Ahsa Governorate, with a total area of approximately (5,464,940) square meters, and a total value of (4,314,503,953) riyals. It also disbursed (418,696,583) riyals to eligible shareholders.
“Tasfiya” revealed that it has disbursed more than (9,000,000,000) riyals since its formation, benefiting more than (42,000) shareholders, The committee attributed this achievement to its fulfillment of its legal, financial, marketing, engineering, and other duties, in pursuit of its primary objective of restoring shareholders’ rights with the best return and in the shortest time possible.
