The Royal Commission for the Development of Riyadh has announced the start of the expropriation of the neighborhoods located in the factories neighborhood and the Dhahra Al Badia neighborhood in Riyadh, according to the attached maps, for the benefit of the Riyadh Green Project, in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the expropriation of real estate for public benefit and temporary seizure of the property.

The Authority called on all owners of properties located within the mentioned scope to submit the required documents within 30 days to the Royal Commission for the Development of Riyadh in the Embassies neighborhood.
