Naif Al-Sharif, Secretary-General of the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee, “Wafi,” that the sales permits issued covered 17 projects providing 11,089 residential units, in addition to 15 sales permits for small and medium-sized projects providing 266 units. He noted that three projects—including large, small, and medium-sized projects—have been completed, providing 213 residential units.

He also noted that Wafi issued 98 licenses for the marketing and promotion of projects during the first quarter, and three licenses were issued for the off-plan leasing of real estate units.
