Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, revealed that major donors to the Jood Housing Platform are a cornerstone in the journey to help families own their homes through a partnership spanning the next five years, aimed at helping 60,000 of the most needy families become homeowners, This came through its sponsorship of the ceremony organized by the platform to honor charitable donors in the charitable housing sector—including institutions and individuals participating in the “Your Generosity Makes a Difference” campaign—which was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Riyadh.

The ceremony marked the completion of 789 housing units for the most needy families as part of efforts to achieve the housing program’s target of reaching a 70% homeownership rate by 2030.

The virtual “Joud Al-Dahabi” scheme, dedicated to the most needy families, was also launched, comprising 489 plots distributed across 38 residential blocks. These were sold, and the donations were fully settled within 30 minutes by major donors and charitable
