I posted Eastern Province Secretariat 213 permanent and temporary investment opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs in various cities and governorates of the Eastern Province, with the aim of developing the investment ecosystem, increasing revenue, and enhancing quality of life.

The Deputy Secretary-General for Investments and Revenue Development, Engineer Hamdan bin Ouda Al-Aradi, explained that some of these opportunities extend up to 50 years, which incentivizes investors and increases the attractiveness of investments in the Secretariat, as the required bank guarantee has been reduced to just 25%, and the exemption period extends up to 10% of the total contract term; this is intended to support investors and entrepreneurs, facilitate their activities, and increase the appeal of investment for them.

He highlighted the diversity of investment opportunities, the most notable of which include: medical cities, a charitable organizations complex, a senior citizens’ club, the third sector, commercial, entertainment, and sports centers, commercial and entertainment centers, boat marinas, horse stables, various activities, retail complexes, open-air playgrounds and sports centers, warehouses and storage facilities, restaurants, kitchens, and cloud-based services, plastic factories, public parks and recreational areas, and support activities; advertising billboards on taxis and buses; advertising billboards on vacant lots and buildings under construction or renovation; cafes and cafeterias; agricultural nurseries and plant exhibitions; support activities; wedding halls, commercial markets, as well as event venues, camps, seasonal festivals, mobile food carts, and various amusement rides (in Dammam, Dhahran, Al-Khobar, Abqaiq, and Al-Qatif).
