The The National Housing Company has successfully completed reservations for the new “Nasaj Town Al-Narges” project, which it launched for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh. This project is one of several under construction that the company is developing in partnership with the private sector, as part of the housing system’s efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate by providing sustainable housing and financing solutions through the establishment of regulations and legislation, to increase the homeownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030, in line with the Housing Program’s targets.
The National Housing Company (NHC) explained that the “Nasaj Town Al-Narges” project, developed by Retal Urban Development Company, offers 455 residential villas, located north of Riyadh on an area estimated at more than 716,000 m², with villa sizes ranging from 250 to 425 m². Reservations will be available through the “Sakani” website and app.
The company noted that details of the units can be viewed online via the “Sakani” website and app through a few simple steps, with immediate eligibility and no waiting period, by visiting the link https://sakani.sa/ , by calling the Unified Customer Service Center at 199090, or by visiting the Sakani Comprehensive Center in Riyadh.
