“National Housing Company (NHC) launches the second phase of Saraya Al Jawan project north of Riyadh tomorrow

The National Housing Company (NHC) announced the launch of the second phase tomorrow of the “Saraya Al-Jawan” project for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh, as part of projects under construction that the company is developing in partnership with the private sector north of Riyadh, as part of its ongoing efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate and provide housing solutions to raise the homeownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030, in line with the targets of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

In a press release issued today, the National Housing Company (NHC) explained that the second phase of the "Saraya Al-Jawan" project—which is being implemented by Dar & Emaar — offers 404 residential units, including villas and townhouses, on an area estimated at more than 105,000 square meters, with unit floor areas ranging from 360 to 392 square meters. Reservations will open tomorrow, and details of the units will be available online via the “Sakani” website and app through a simple, immediate process with no waiting period by visiting the link https://sakani.sa/ or by calling the Unified Customer Service Center at 199090, or by visiting the Sakani One-Stop Center in Riyadh.

The project is an extension of approximately 29 housing projects currently under construction, distributed across the north, east, and south of Riyadh, providing more than 35,000 residential units ranging from (apartments, villas, and townhouses), with average prices reaching 750,000 riyals. The project is being implemented under the "Wafi" off-plan sales and leasing program.

The “Saraya Al-Jawan” project, in its second phase, features two distinctive designs suited to all family needs, with affordable monthly installments, and a strategic location north of Riyadh within integrated communities offering a full range of facilities and services that provide comfort and luxury.

It is worth noting that the “National Housing Company (NHC)” previously announced its goal of delivering 147,000 housing units in Riyadh by 2025, as part of its ongoing expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that meet the needs of Saudi families and their purchasing power, with the aim of raising the rate of homeownership among families, continuing its efforts to expand the development of numerous projects and residential suburbs across the Kingdom to provide housing units at competitive prices below market rates.
