The violations of the system are characterized as follows:

- Failure to disclose any documents or data necessary for the validity and integrity of the first in-kind registration procedures.

- Obstructing the work of the competent authority related to the in-kind registration procedures.

- Failure to report any change in the description of the property due to the construction, addition, modification or removal of buildings referred to in the Law.

- Failure to submit the application referred to in the system within the specified period that obliges the owner of the property within 30 days after the completion of the off-plan property to submit an application to transfer his data contained in the real estate registry and issue the title deed.

- Failure to submit the application for the first in-kind registration of his property within the specified period for submitting the applications referred to in the system.
